I'm not a hardcore athlete. Is it still for me?
Yes. If you train at all, or want to, and you have a calendar that runs you, this is built for you. It meets you where you are and plans around your real life, not a pro athlete's.
Do I need a WHOOP or Oura?
No. A band makes it sharper because it reads your real recovery, but you can run it on quick morning check-ins and your calendar alone. If you do wear one, we read it, we never claim to replace it.
Does it work if I don't log everything?
Yes. The whole point is less logging. Snap a photo for macros, connect your band and calendar once, and it does the rest. A 20-second check-in is enough on the days you do nothing else.
How is this different from Vora or other AI health apps?
