I'm not a hardcore athlete. Is it still for me?
Yes. If you train at all, or want to, and you have a calendar that runs you, this is built for you. It meets you where you are and plans around your real life, not a pro athlete's.
Do I need a WHOOP or Oura?
No. A band makes it sharper because it reads your real recovery, but you can run it on quick morning check-ins and your calendar alone. If you do wear one, we read it, we never claim to replace it.
Does it work if I don't log everything?
Yes. The whole point is less logging. Snap a photo for macros, connect your band and calendar once, and it does the rest. A 20-second check-in is enough on the days you do nothing else.
How is this different from Vora or other AI health apps?
Two ways. It is built around your calendar, so it does not just track you, it moves your actual day. And the coaching tier puts a real person in your corner who sees your data. An app reminds you. A coach who can see your numbers will not let you off the hook.
Who is the human coach, and is it worth $149.95?
For the first 10, the founders coach you themselves, a real person who sees your recovery, nutrition and calendar every week. It is the price of one or two sessions with a trainer who never sees your data between them. The founding rate is $149.95 and rises to $199 once the 10 fill; founding clients keep their rate. Can I really cancel anytime?
